1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, and the profile info from Google or Apple sign-in), delivery addresses and phone numbers, your order and bucket history, and technical data such as device type and pages visited.
2. Payment data
Card and bank details are collected and processed directly by Paystack, our payment gateway. FroshOnes only receives a transaction reference, the amount, the status and the email used at checkout — never your full card number.
3. How we use your data
To take and deliver your orders, confirm payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — where you have opted in — send offers and product updates. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Sharing
We share only what is needed with delivery riders, our payment gateway, and the infrastructure providers that host our database and authentication. Each is bound to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Access is limited to staff who need it, and card data never touches our servers. Your bucket is kept in your own browser until you check out.
6. Retention
Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. After that we delete or anonymise them.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email info@froshones.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your bucket, plus simple analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can clear these from your browser at any time.
