1. About these terms
These terms form the agreement between you and FroshOnes when you browse our store, place an order, or pay for groceries. By using FroshOnes you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
2. Your account
You may shop with an email account or by signing in with Google or Apple. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for orders placed from your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fresh produce weights are approximate. We may adjust prices or withdraw an item at any time before your order is confirmed; if an item becomes unavailable after payment we will refund that line in full.
4. Orders and delivery
An order is confirmed once payment has been authorised. Delivery estimates, including our 15-minute promise, depend on your address, traffic and stock availability. Someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive perishable deliveries.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack, our payment gateway. FroshOnes never stores your full card details. Your bank may apply its own authentication step. If a payment fails or is reversed, the corresponding order is cancelled.
6. Refunds and returns
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, spoiled or missing and we will replace it or refund it. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened perishable goods that are not faulty.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no fraudulent orders, scraping, reselling without permission, or interfering with the platform. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Liability
We provide FroshOnes with reasonable care and skill, but we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
